2. Project Milestone-Based Refunds
All services are delivered on a milestone basis. Refunds are calculated based on the completion status of the project at the time of cancellation:
- Before work begins (within 48 hours of payment): Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee to cover payment processing costs.
- After the discovery/planning phase: 70% refund of the remaining unpaid milestones.
- After development has commenced: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering the hours invested, resources allocated, and deliverables completed. A partial refund or credit may be issued at the sole discretion of pixelbuildpro.
- After final delivery and acceptance: No refunds are available. All delivered work and associated source code become the intellectual property of the client upon final payment.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (domain registrations, hosting fees, software licenses, premium plugins)
- Work that has been explicitly approved and signed off by the client
- Custom API integrations that have been deployed to production
- Services rendered under a fixed-price agreement where the scope has been mutually agreed upon in writing
4. Requesting a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] within 14 calendar days of the relevant payment or milestone completion. Include your project reference number, a description of the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. pixelbuildpro reserves the right to deduct any applicable bank transfer fees or payment processing charges from the refund amount.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding refunds, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedies. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, España.

Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website and/or engaging the services of pixelbuildpro ("the Company"), located at Calle de Toledo 55, Madrid, Centro, España, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Services
pixelbuildpro provides web development, UI/UX design, performance optimization, SEO, cloud infrastructure, API development, and related digital services as described on our website. All services are performed with reasonable care and skill in accordance with generally accepted industry standards.
3. Project Scope and Amendments
The scope of each project is defined in a written agreement or proposal mutually accepted by both parties. Any changes to the agreed scope must be documented in writing and may result in additional charges. pixelbuildpro reserves the right to adjust pricing for scope changes that materially affect the project timeline or resource requirements.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are due according to the milestone schedule outlined in the project agreement. A deposit of 30-50% (as specified in the individual project agreement) is required before work commences. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. pixelbuildpro reserves the right to suspend work on any project where payments are more than 14 days overdue.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment for a project, the Client receives full ownership of all custom-developed code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for that project. pixelbuildpro retains the right to use general methodologies, techniques, and knowledge gained during the project for future work, provided such use does not disclose the Client's confidential information. Third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools used in the project remain subject to their original licensing terms.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged during the course of the project. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, technical specifications, source code, database structures, and client data. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement for a period of 3 years.
7. Limitation of Liability
pixelbuildpro's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. pixelbuildpro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
8. Warranty
pixelbuildpro provides a 30-day warranty on all delivered work following final project acceptance. During this period, any defects or bugs directly attributable to our development work will be resolved at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover issues arising from third-party services, hosting environments, or modifications made by the Client or third parties after project handover.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination by the Client, payment is due for all work completed up to the date of termination. In the event of termination by pixelbuildpro due to Client breach (including non-payment), all outstanding amounts become immediately due and payable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of España. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, España.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
